One to one tuition

 I work with a handful of students privately, supporting them to adapt their practice to their own particular circumstances and interests. Private classes can be movement based, or an opportunity to dive into some of the yoga philosophy, mantra, harmonium tutorials or meditation and breath work practices. It can also be an opportunity to talk through your practice, challenges and to put together a plan to support your home practice. It’s a wonderful way to support you to deepen your practice based on your own particular needs.

Classes can be shared, and take place either online via Zoom or in my home studio in Tufnell Park, London. To arrange a private class please send me an email and we can discuss and book you in.

Anna primarily works in a  1:1 capacity with small group or private yoga tuition available in person and through Zoom by appointment.  Classes are intuitively and intelligently crafted to work with your specific needs and offer individualised attention, allowing for progression and work on a deeper feeling level, working towards your goals at your pace. 

Personalised yoga sessions are suitable for students of all levels, whether you are new to yoga, looking to progress or deepen an existing practice or working with specific injury or goal..

In person sessions can take place in the privacy of your own home or villa rental.

Prices are dependent on length of class, number of people, location and time of year
