I am super excited to be returning to the idyllic South West France for a relaxed and rejuvenating week of Yoga, downtime and relaxation
This week long retreat will be all you need to help nurture your total physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Enjoy two open level Yoga classes per day, beautifully prepared vegetarian food, time to swim and relax in the grounds of this stunning boutique retreat centre. Treat yourself to a massage, curl up with a book or explore the stunning surrounding countryside and local villages.
With a clear, compassionate and personable approach, Anna teaches an accessible and mindful Vinyasa Flow, guiding students to find natural alignment in poses. Working with a strong emphasis on breath to create a smooth flowing practice, she aims to encourage students to feel a deeper connection to the strength, flexibility, balance and ease in their bodies to help them feel more productive and present in their own live
There will be two inspiring Yoga practices each day. The morning practice is a more dynamic Vinyasa Flow style, which will build up gradually as the week progresses. The afternoon session will be a more soothing restorative or yin practice. There will also be the time for meditation, daily pranayama practice and workshopping to refine alignment or technique.
Voted by the Guardian as one of the top 10 retreat centres in the world Les Passeroses offers boutique style accommodation, a cosy Moroccan influenced guest salon and an outdoor terrace with swimming pool. A former barn has been transformed into an inspiring yoga space with a solid oak floor and large doors opening out to the countryside. The space is generously equipped with mats and props it is the perfect place to discover or deepen your practice.
Using home grown seasonal produce grown and local market bought organic goods, Alex and Adrian create internationally inspired, divine and completely vegetarian meals.
We are taken on a unique culinary journey around the world, with a different country or continent explored each day - healthy, filling, balanced and exciting .

Just a short stroll past the lake will bring you to Jan's charming chalet, which is tucked away from the house and pool. The easiest option from the UK and the rest of Europe is to take a Eurostar/train/flight to Paris and then a train to Angouleme.The Eurostar can be booked all the way through from the UK (through and is The easiest and most hassle free way to get to Les Passeroses.
We arrange transfers from Angouleme station to Les Passeroses for 30 euros per person return.
Alternatively you can fly to Bordeaux, but the transfer to Les Passeroses is much longer and is more expensive. If you are flying it may work out better to hire a car.
