You are invited to disconnect to reconnect on an intimate and relaxed yoga holiday, on the paradise island of Formentera.

 

We will meet twice daily for yoga on a stunning yoga platform, situated beautifully amongst the pine trees surrounding our perfect retreat villa.  

 

We´ll eat lovingly designed and prepared meals together in fun and easy company and you will have plenty of space for YOU time and to explore the beauty of Formentera, with its pristine beaches and untouched nature. 

THE VENUE

 

Our stunning and fully equipped villa is a modern take on a typical Formentera rural house, boasting an astonishing 70,000 acres of land with a beautiful garden, large yoga deck and pool.

 

Each of the 5 luxurious bedrooms offer a private bathroom and terrace with plenty of space and natural light.

THE YOGA

Our twice daily Yoga will take place on a beautiful covered yoga deck, nestled between the pine trees and with only the accompanying sounds of birds and the ocean.

Mornings consist of longer, more dynamic and explorative morning embodied flow practice and afternoons a combination of restorative, meditative contemplative practices.

A typical day on retreat:

8am light pre yoga snack 

9am morning Yoga practice

11.30am nutritious delicious brunch

12.30pm free time to beach, relax or explore

4pm light afternoon snack

5.30pm evening practice

7.30pm Dinner

THE FOOD

Every day we will feast on delicious, nutritious brunches and dinners lovingly created by our incredible cook Camilla!

 

Camilla grew up in Spain, on a small farm in Andalucía. Harvesting vegetables and collecting eggs are some of her first memories. She is passionate about sourcing and cooking with local, seasonal ingredients and learning about new cuisines and cultures through the language of food.

Camilla and I have worked together on and off for 20 years.

 

Food will mainly be vegetarian/vegan with all allergies and intolerances are completely catered for.

One night , we head out to one of the local coastal restaurants where you can sample the local cuisine with and option to eat meat or freshly caught fish.

FREE TIME

Roam the raw island nature & pristine beaches and crystal clear waters or simply chill out by the pool, reading, resting and recharging

GOOD TO KNOW

Maximum 8 guests staying on-site per retreat.

Check-in is Tuesday at 3.00 am.

Check-out is on Sunday at 11am.

 

This retreat is ideal for those who have some experience of yoga but is inclusive of all levels.

The food is fresh, seasonal and healthy.

Teas and fruit are available throughout the day.

All activities are optional, you can take part in as much or as little as you’d like.
